Not really, and it isn't only a question of the morphology of the skeleton, it is the fact that 'she' leads with her crotch, in a desperate attempt to prove that 'she' doesn't have (any longer) a willy, something that women really never do.

When I see people who do this to themselves I always think they are suffering from body dysmorphic disorder.
