Ah, the selective democracy voice. :-P
what's selective? Have we not implemented our last referendum?
Monsieur Macron still doesn't get it does he?

Perhaps he wants us to pay a huge membership fee. Boy do they need it!
A new and exciting "alternative" political community = The National Socialist European Workers Party. Do one Micron.
Haha! That’ll be a ‘no’ then, Togo. :o)
Hopkirk has a handle on it ... join now initial fees only £squillions rising to a reasonable £gazillions in only a few new secret votes. The current ponzi scheme is on the verge of collapse and they need to start a new chain letter.
Aye, best we hang on to all the money we've saved and profits we've made since leaving the EU.
Store it in old beer crates on a big red bus maybe.
doug what do you mean by "selective democracy"? thought that was the lib non dems.
@18.06. Sort of Naomi ... but with two words not one. Just for emphasis mind, wouldn't want to give the impression that I am a phillistine. (^_*)
"doug what do you mean by "selective democracy"?"

Only allowing votes on stuff you agree with.
when have we done that? What are you talking about man? You mean we should have a referendum on everything?
No, just this.
it's identical to being in the EUSSR, we had a vote and left, why should we ask the public if they want to rejoin? It's once in a generation type thing, this ain't Scotland.
If there is a referendum on this please, please vote no.... :-)
there won't be, it would be political suicide anyway.
A very definite 'NO'.
