Colin Murray gets the gig for the next batch of episodes - let's hope it becomes permanent.

Rachel and Susie both appear to be absolutely delighted.

Okay with him, Hoppy but I prefer Murray.
evening gness haven't seen you on here for a while hope all is well with you.
All fine thanks, Fraser. Hope you're well too.
Anne Robinson, a one-woman advert for Botox both in looks and the way she came across on the box - monodirectional, stiff, opinionated and gummed up. Anybody please to replace her.....even Sir Beer Warmer if he needs a new job - or how about Prince William?
Gyles Brandreth would be a good fit ,witty, intelligent, and a happy chappie.
AB would be a different place altogethe if we liked the same things :)

I agree with:

Ken - I stopped watching when Hewer was in post.
naomi - who he indeed!
barry - Anne has done a great job. Having watched the programme from Day 1 (up to Hewer) I would say Anne has been the best host. She always champions the trailing under dogs, good for her. She has seen out her contract and has done wonders for the ratings. Since I have seen moans about her treatment of Susie and Rachel I must say she has been very complimentary about their abilities and expertise. Rachel has been on CD 14 yrs on-and-off and Susie is in her 30th year. They must like the job and get paid well enough to continue.

I am just glad Gloria Hunniford is not taking over ...
