What Does "Being Watched" Mean As A Status?

Quite funny and definitely ironic. The first newish user I checked and there it is, my point however is we are constantly being told not treat new users with suspicion and what difference does it make etc. Surely an admin error....

I think it is the day.
I have a slow walking pace and the dog is meant to show me the way ( she doesnt)
and someone along the path, had a bag on wheels ( zimmer type)
and I was stalking her ! ( sounds a bit like AB - cue scream of harassment, stalker etc) - but I was so slow compared to her with the trolley that she had to look back and slow her pace to make it all fit
( sounds like AB....)
