I've logged in to this service many times before but now it is asking me for details from two forms of ID - a valid passport and a Northern Ireland driving licence.
My passport expired last year and I have never lived in N. Ireland.

I have tried to call them twice but hung up after a lengthy wait. Can anyone else log in to their GG account without problems or are they having technical hitches?

Are you sure you entered the correct details? It sounds like the computer thinks you are someone else.

I've just tried mine, got in with no problems, just a bit of hassle because I had to enter a string of numbers which were sent to my landline, and then create a recovery word to use should I forget my password.

Definitely logging in with previous log in details and correct info. I also had to create a recovery word and go through the 2FA with a text to my phone, all successful.
