British Gas Charges

I get an occasional charge titled as, “Miscellaneous Document”, from British Gas, with no itemised details.
Anyone explain what this covers?

Thanks for answers, I will speak to them for interest as I am in credit and no other charges are shown! I would have thought they should be detailing any monies they take, but it’s changed days now. Will get back later.

My mother has just moved into a brand new retirement flat. The first communication from British Gas, before they even know her name, was a threat to get a warrant to come in and fit a prepayment meter. Whatever happened to customer service?
