We were renewing Mr Red's passport - sent in via RM Guaranteed next day and according to track and trace it has not been delivered.
I phoned them (RM) and they claim it has been delivered but due to the number of deliveries at the PPO it is impossible to track everyone.
My issue is that the PPO says it has not been delivered RM say it has been delivered and we are stuck between a rock and a hardplace.
Any advice please?
