Dry Skin

I hope you can help - i have small circles of dry skin on my cheeks and finger tips, they are dry and kind of peeling, hence the circles!
Does anyone know why I have these and what I can do to prevent getting them again/get rid of them?

i get these on my index fingers and i've put it down to washing up in v hot water, no idea why on your cheeks though, perhaps mild eczema?

I've had it all my life its dermatitus, not catching at all, just comes in times of stress for me, trip to the doctors for some cream before ir gets worse is a great idea
