Is It Justified When A Woman Cheats For This Reason?

So I recently found out that a friend of my mum has been having an affair on her husband. Now as a Christian I disagree with cheating of course, however, it became apparent that her partner has been very controlling and emotionally abusive to her. She felt as though she couldn’t leave her partner out of fear, but behind his back she has been sleeping with a man from her work for a few months who also knows about her bad relationship. Would you say that is justified cheating?

I don’t have a religious bone in my body, but I would never cheat on my wife - she’s the love of my life.

Having been in a similar relationship myself a long time ago I wouldn’t have darent have an affair as I would have been terrified of his reaction if he’d ever found out! (Not that I’ve ever had an affair in my entire life, and never would). So no I can’t understand her even doing it if she’s that fearful of him, and it doesn’t justify it. Two wrongs don’t make a right.

Nope..if anything she is creating a bad situation..and potentially dangerous..as he will surely find out and she will have to suffer the consequences... she needs to ship out !
