Does anyone know where I can find a good recipie for Lamb Hotpot? I know the basics but I can never get the gravy thick enough and it just doesnt taste that good!

i always thicken my gravy with a mixture of cornflour and bisto or tesco gravy POWDER. 2 or 3 spoonfuls of each mixed into a paste with a little cold water then stir it in. This will thicken any type of gravy and give a nice flavour.
