I can't remember where I saw it but someone who works at that Police Station explained that it isn't a police car that is being used, it is an old car that has been sitting around for a while.

I believe it is illegal to move the nest.

I saw this as obviously it was in my local Echo. Personally I found it heartwarming to see a touch of human kindness employed. Of course it is illegal to destroy the nests which might have something to do with it.
