Mobile Phone Virus

Help! I have a virus on my phone that tries to bluetooth other phones even when my bluetooth is switched off and it zaps my battery, it also sends multimedia texts which costs me money. Iv deleted the file it came in but its copied itself somewhere else on my phone and i cant find it. Can anyone help?

i am not sure if restoring to factory settings will work but i would go to a phone shop and ask for advice.

ps........if you do use restore to factory settings PLEASE remember you will loose all files etc !!!!!!!!!!!

I was going to try that, but I changed the password to do it and I cant remember what it is now.

did you not change it to your DOB or someones DOB ?
you could try phoning the tech help desk for the make of your phone for advice
