I'm creating a website where people pay to upload pictures and messages. I was wondering how I could do it using PAYPAL

Obviously PAYPAL would handle the transaction but I would need some way of verifying payment and allowing the user to upload just one item to my site instantly.

Im not a pro with dreamweaver so any simple suggestions would be a great help.

Why on earth would people pay for that, when these services are already online for free. Sorry to put a damper on your idea, or am I missing the plot here?

There is key twist to the site making it different to the services you mention (I don't wish to mention it, but if anyone is intereted in finding out more/joining the project then e-mail me). Besides I was asking for help not critism of my idea!!
