Jubilee decs down,
Cause Wimbledon is
coming around.
It doesn't take a genius,
To do this on Jubilee plus one.
Now just follow the
things I have on the list,
Oh how this Jubilee
Bunting I sure will miss!
Take each flag and plateand
be careful not to break,
Some you've cherished
for a family lemon jelly cake.
You can wrap the bunting in
tissue paper if you wish,
Some are still in the tree so
try not to fall and miss.
But now if you have
garlands take those off first,
Cause if you don't your
bulbs could burst!
But if you have icicles
those are wrong and bright,
You'll want to remove those first
then the bulbs and the lights
Then the last thing are
the lights,
Shone so pretty and
shone so E.R. bright.
So your lights won't break you'll
need to get a box,
You'll roll them up neatly
Poundland for padding beckons lots and lots
If you have an environmental beacon tree,
You take it down very gently
But if you have a real tree it will need
to stay outdoors,
Particularly when it's twenty feet tall
or just four!
This is the way that I take
my Jubilee tree down,
G&T in hand, Wimbledon is
coming around!
