Have managed to stay off sweets and sweet things for the last two days (Hurray)

I have blender (like a nutribullet) and was wondering are there nice "FILLING" recipes I could use you know to fill me up for a day or two.

Saw a recipe last night on that Q site but it's not subtitled but the guy was putting brocolli, apples, kiwi fruit - all kinds into and then pureeing it.

I could eat my vegetables like that but don't want to waste money on those products if it tasted stinking. Any recipes out there. Thanks

As a diabetic this might not be the best idea as you will consume too much sugar.
Much better that you eat your frui and veg as part of a balanced diet
I'd forgotten that you're diabetic, Jennyjoan.

Try googling for 'diabetic smoothies' or similar. You'll then find things like this:

It tastes like veg, if you don't like fresh veg you won't like veg smoothies

for the past 6 or 7 years i start everyday with a homemade smoothie, it really does keep me going all day without snacking, i usually eat my main meal around 4 or 5 pm and that is ample to see me through everyday.
The smoothie is my own concoction and consists of, a banana, a handful of blueberries, handful of mixed nuts and raisons, 2 spoonfuls of ground almonds, 2 spoonfuls of Linwoods cold milled flaxseed, sunflower, pumpkin etc, 3 spoonfuls of porridge oats that have been soaked in coconut water overnight, one spoonful of coco powder, half a spoonful of turmeric and a splash of honey, top up with more coconut water and blitz, i really can swear by it, i've lost weight and feel a lot healthier, good luck.
