Just wondering if anybody watched Panaorama tonight about the young lad Olly Stephens who was murdered by 2 14 year old boys in 2021. I found some of it quite harrowing, listening to them plotting to kill him. What has society come to ? I hate to think.

Harrowing but not really all that surprising.
A lack of respect for authority and for some the overwhelming urge to confront it without fear of consequence, no accountability and a fascination with social media has seen the decline of standards in modern society over the last 15 years, especially amongst the youth.

When I was younger you wouldn’t dream of confronting a police officer or backchatting a teacher or any adult really, the consequences at home would have been unthinkable, let alone at school or the police station.
There really has been a breakdown in society, to a greater or lesser degree. But that’s just my opinion.
