MissTerious, my sister insists she doesn't want a funeral, she doesn't want anyone even notified she's died - I'm not sure who she expects to report her death, someone will have to know. But she has no husband or children and is busy decluttering so she wan't have much of an estate either. (Also stockpiling pills in case she feels like fixing the date of her own death.)

I am having Bring On The Night by my favourite group The Police. At my Dad's funeral, we carried his coffin in to Green Onions by Booker T and the MGs, (which is still my ringtone some 12 years later). We left the crematorium to Tina Turner's Simply The Best, coz he was.
