Unbelievable load of rubbish!!! What else can I say? Did they just stick a pin in the suspects list to find the murderer? For the people who didn't enjoy Suspect which was on at the same time, I haven't seen but can't believe it was as bad as this!!!!

Surprised it got a second series
I’ve recorded it. I didn’t like the first series but thought I would try it again. Oh well, there’s always 5 USA - Blacklist, Criminal Minds, Law & Order SVU, and also FBI on Pick. I find I rarely enjoy a British thriller these days.
It wasn't that bad.
I enjoyed the previous series - so have recorded this one - will see what its like.
I have also recorded Suspect so again will try and catch up on that this week.
With sqad on this. Wasn't bad for a Sunday night prog. Wasn't as if the murderer was introduced 5 mins before the end. He was there all along in plain sight.
I enjoyed it, makes a change from all the other more violent 'police/detective' series
I quite agree, Margo. I prefer a gentle murder to the gratuitous violence shown in most others. I found the first series quite quaint tbh and at least the D.I. came round to appreciate Dodds.
Wish we had an 'edit' button then i could go back and change the 'he' to a 'he/she':-(
It has a certain quirkiness to it and great views of Bath, plus I've always liked Jason Watkins
Stuck it for five minutes then turned over for a really interesting programme about the new Elizabeth Line. It was fascinating and great to see two of the top engineering jobs were done by women.
Jason is underrated, imo. I will watch anything he is in, always value for money.
I enjoyed it.
I enjoyed it too. Yes it was quaint and very amateurish in places eg inside the car sequences but still delightful. A real change from the gratuitous violence and bad language of modern day series. And I loved the back drops of Bath although intrigued as to how they walked past the Abbey straight into the Crescent!
Nice Sunday night entertainment.
No matter how lovely Bath may be. without Morse and Lewis it would never succeed although a rather like it, I picked out last night's guilty party right at the beginning.
Famous line from the nativity play in the
Vicar of Dibley, Herod trying to be nice
says kill the cildren but do it nicely.
