Sad News. Funeral Arrangements

For any of you who may be interested I now have the arrangements for Boaty's funeral.

The funeral is due to take place on 1st July 2022 at Glos Crem. I am sorry but I don't know the time.

No flowers but donations (if you wish) to :
Longfield Hospice, Burleigh Lane, Minchinhampton, GL5 2PQ.

I hope this information is useful.

That seems an awfully long time ago LJ that we lost Boaty and to have his funeral only now?

Many thanks to those of you who have replied. I feel that Boaty's gentlemanly ways are something we will all miss.

Emmie is doing a great job following him but have to admit Boaty had his own special way of chatting to you on the GMEB thread.

Boaty is the only person that I know who had his name, address and phone number on his Facebook Profile. A gentleman from another era. ♥♥♥

Thank you, lady-janine - I didn't have much interaction with Boaty, but he certainly came across as a fun & gentlemanly chap. I hope next Friday passes as well as possible for his family & friends.
