Perhaps "sickened" is a bit misleading, I really mean......"embarassed"......is that better? Or possibly unnecessary or unbecoming or........

I have great difficulty Zac with dragging myself into the 21 century......I think that I am on my way with "gays" etc.....well...almost there -:) but this modern trend of what I call exhibitionism but what used to be called "blowing your own trumpet" is problematic for me, but I suppose social media should be blamed.
