Does anyone have one? Are they any good? Do they chip the paint off the door? What is the resistance like on them? Can you adjust the height of the pulleys?

Are they worth the money?

I think they should make them easier to use, I used mine for 5 minutes and was worn out!!

RATTER old enough to know better , when you make a noise just getting out of the chair and your idea of fun is countdown. you know when you have your pen poised for the numbers round.
