brought poor Maxie to play park last Friday and man said he wouldn't play with the other dogs but (man had been out for few minutes) when he came in - Maxie sat beside man.

That made me sad cos he loves other dogs in the park etc.

wasn't hot Johnny - I think myself - he is far too attached to me as I am to him LOL.

I'll tell you exactly what to do, JJ. Stop worrying about things that may not happen, it will drag you down. There's enough going on now to worry about, you don't need to bog yourself down with 'what ifs'.

I know you have set something in place in case Maxie is left on his own - so stop worrying, there is nothing more you can do about it
