Is it harmful to put my pc to' Sleep' every night when I've finished with it for the day ?

no but just turn it right off.

I turn mine off completely every night. Remember the sleep light is still burning your money.

I switch mine off of a night along with any other standby light I can, trying to save money and emissions.

I leave my laptop turned on.
It does its updates while I sleep.

Not harmful no.

Just don't do the same to your cat.

I leave my PC on. Cost is minimal, warms the room in winter, faster to use first thing.
