Who's Fooling Who ?
Prince Andrew's advisers thought "that interview" went very well
Says it all, really.
I thought it went disastrously, but that's just my humble opinion of course. The experts know best no doubt (ha ha ha ha ha ha ha).

It was a disastrous interview. The trouble is Andrew is supremely arrogant and, unfortunatel y for him, he’s pretty thick, so it was never going to end well. The trouble with extremely arrogant people is that they don’t know when they’re digging themselves a hole, because they simply cannot countenance they they’re wrong.

They must have been watching a different interview. I don’t think he’s intelligent enough to seek proper advice - and probably far too arrogant. I read that he discussed doing the interview with his daughter, Beatrice. Result: an absolute car crash - but no surprise. I don’t think she’s the sharpest either.
None of this is news
it occurred 2019 - I was deceived into thinking the ickle prince has done it again ( another interview)
more of the same -we knew he thought he had done quite well. He even wondered if his tormentor wanted to be shown around the palace
I think he told his advisers 'I didnt do narfin'' and they said 'go in and say' - - - so he did,not really having worked out - - "I dont sweat" and "that was when my children were eating cake"
and omitting to discuss his more obvious and true rebuttals

I think it illustrates perfectly the disastrous gulf we have between sections of society. Prince A and his advisors thought it went well - it would have, if their understanding of the real world had not been limited to the one they inhabit.
Similar gulfs are now visible in many areas of society i.m.o.and I am very alarmed and pessimistic of the results of this dreadful splintering of any sort of societal cohesion.
Hope that reads OK, It's late & I'm off to bed.
