Voters are turning away from the the Con Party in their droves,
due to Boris Johnsons leadership. A third of voters are planning NOT to vote Tory at the next G/E, and they cite Boris as the reason, while 45% of Brits say Johnson as leader makes the Con Party less appealing.
These finding are likely to cause fear and alarm amongst the Tory MPs,
and no doubt amongst the Boris fan boys & girls on A/B, that Johnson could turn the Con party into the Opposition Party ...
By contrast , more voters say Keir Starmer is a good reason for them to vote Labour at the next G/E,,,,,, Bring it on.

Ironically almost the exact same figure of Tory MP’s who voted against Johnson recently.

gully - all you EVER bang on about is Boris and/or the Tories. You seem to have a one track mind & only one item to discuss. If you came to my pub would chuck you out!

wonder if the opinion poll result will change in light of this policy statement by the labour leadership -

we are continually told that rejoining the EU is a "must", how can labour possibly win if they've abandoned the policy that would see them landslide?
Give 'em hell Gully
Brainless 1 asked how big a drove was

Drive / drove - I think the poster was trying to be AB-amusing. so it wd be unfair to name him - Brainless 2
A drove was a wide road ( unmetalled in those days) which led to a market town, along which cattle were driven to market. ( v inefficient, they wd lose 30% of weight)

As Naomi often says ( see elsewhere) "he use Google lots he does!"
Nope

Boris is addressing a meeting of his Mps and members of his Cronie Club next week to tell them ,
........"You've never had it so good"....
But don't tell the working class. Because they are struggling.
