morning, Saturday already, the weekend is here, i hope that you are all in good health, if not then you have my sympathy, and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have any plans for today? I have a food shop to sort out and a visit to the post office. If the weather is fine maybe lunch in the local park. Todays forecast for the capital is a high of 26c and partly sunny.

i am amazed i am still awake, i have done the washing and now i feel the need to sleep, but the food shop to sort out first then will see. I must be getting like smow, surviving on so few hours kip, not good.

I received an email the other day saying that I was eligible for a 4th shot and I declined. I think that 3 is enough.

I guess the immunity builds up after each jab therefore the balance of risk must change.
