hi iv just watched the program and love it but want to know how to follow some of the exercise programs, im danielle and im 27, im having difficulty finding the right foods to eat as im a fussy eater and dont like most veg but happy to eat lots of fruit, im just over 14 stone and really want to get rid of my very flabby belly, what sorts of exercise could help along with the right foods?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Heya, try to eat less, this is easier if you chew your food more througally. walking is great, and then slow jogging best thing is to do a little everyday, and don't give up as i did!!! good for you for trying to lose some weight, oh i find sit ups are great if you have a 'big flabby belly' . just remember that what ever your weight the best thing is to love yourself! i know it sounds cheesey ut it works! hope this helps!
