New Home

I apologise now if this Question has been asked before......

I am moving into a Rented Flat tomorrow - I cannot change the Colour of the Carpet or Paint, but I want to make it my own if you see what I mean....

Having never had a Home of my own, any suggestions as to how I could 'Personalise' it??

If you don't like the carpet or wall decor that's already there I'm afraid your left with is the standard throwing down rugs and putting lots of pictures up!

However, experiment with your furnishings, lighting and accessories and it will soon look and feel like your home.
