Drinking Vessels

Hi. Some time ago I was offered a drink in either Spain or Greece that was in a vessel with a long spout and small hole. It was offered up the mouth close up and when the drink started flowing it was slowly moved further away and you had to drink as long as you could. Does anyone know what the vessel is called.
