41° here, can anyone beat that? If not I claim the ice-lolly.

Chris; Looks like that pic was taken on a sunny day in winter, much greener at the mo. Our house is 50 metres from that church & also the river.
You can see the 18 hole course above, the 9-hole course & the golf clubhouse & restaurant are just to the left on that bank, & behind & high up above is the Schloss https://schloss-weitenburg.de/en/home/
presided over by the friendly, Baron von Rassler

NJ ; Life seems to go on as normal though all doors, windows & shutters are closed to keep the heat out. Too hot for golf, but will venture out around 6:30 into the garden with a cool Pilsner. :0)
Thanks Khandro. I suspected as much.
You live in a different part of the world than us on AB.
You are comparing there with here. Why?

Don’t really see the point in doing that.
Here it is mainly cloudy, rainy and 20 degrees.
We don’t really care if you are having nice weather when we are not.
Where are you Khandro??

Gromit; //You live in a different part of the world than us on AB.//

Who are "us" ?

There are ABers that even I know of, in Australia, USA, Canada, Spain & France.

41° isn't a boast you fool, it is cry for sympathy & a query to see if anyone else is suffering as much, I would gladly trade it for 20° & rain.
We were doing that last week when we had 40 degrees.
US and Australia and other countries may be having better/worse weather than us on this UK based site.
But they have grizzly bears and snakes and ASBO kangaroo's to deal with, we just have 5 lazy froggy passport control booth operators to bring our country to its knees.
Sitting in my pool with a glass of fresh lemon/lime juice and mint. Down to 28 from 32 but ominous smell of burning pine somewhere.
Lots of smoke earlier
Ladybirder, only just noticed your post. A few miles east of you in not-so-sunny Hastings.
