LIK, as you can see, the make-up of the bet is ordained by the 'firm'. I do scour my online gambling sites and decide on the bet which i think most resonate with the way i am thinking.

Germany after extra-time. Lie-In King, I can't speak for Bet365 but Hills offer a similar trio which the select but you can also build your own bet on selected matches on their self-service betting termini. That is a 'pick and mix' rather than 'mix and match'.

Some of Skybet's offers make wonderful reading, but i always look to those priced around the 6/1 to 12/1 mark. Had the Germans not kept a clean sheet in all their matches to date, i might have been tempted by the 11/1 for Renard to score with a header - she's bound to get one on target sooner or later:-)
