Back in the 80's, at a management seminar, we were told that at least 2% of all employees must be from an ethnic background, regardless. That figure may have changed now. Don't know. However, one guy said that if applicants, whoever they were, didn't meet the requirements and have the qualifications, then they wouldn't get the job. And why should he not be able to hire just who he liked or disliked, anyway, regardless. Because it's the law, came the reply. Does the law apply to the selection of players in a team? Any team?
