Someone had to ask...;) plus, it's hot so no-cooking ideas are welcome
For late lunch, I'm making cod guojons and roast cherry tomatoes. Cod is dipped in a mixture of fine polenta, parmesan, garlic salt, pepper and a bit of smoked paprika.
Dinner will be salami, smoked salmon, olives, maybe cheese.
There will be berries and very dark chocolate in there somewhere. Oh, and a glass of red.
