I remember watching Duggie Brown on The Comedians back in the day.
Loved his joke about the parrot and the plumber, (who is it?)

He played three roles in Corrie, the latest was this year, Ted Spear, the elderly gent that got knocked down crossing the road.
He also played a swinger, Bernie Cooper, who hosted a party that Rita and Norris went to, not knowing what sort of party it was in 2004.
His earliest was George Freeman, landlord of a pub in 1997

I never associate him as being an actor as I remember him well as a comedian.
He did have a very familiar Yorkshire voice though and was great at telling Yorkshire jokes.
