I haven't er researched this particular demo, but looks like it is part of or inspired by the Ukrainian-founded Femen topless protest movement.

You can do a quick goggle sorry googol for plenty of examples.

And that, folks, is yet another reason why Ukraine is on course for victory and the russians stand no chance :-)
