Tv - Van Der Valk Series 2, Episode 2

Does any know the name of the actress who played briefly (the deceased) head of the diamond company. She was shown on a Video Will scene and very briefly at the end of the episode. Am sure she is quite a famous actress but just cannot bring her name to mind - it is bugging me. Hope you can help.

I don't think you are correct in thinking she is quite a famous actress.
There is a full list of the cast in The Radio Times...the head of the Cuyper dynasty was matriarch Geraldine, played by (I suspect Dutch) actress Liz Snoijink.
(You could have used catch-up on the ITV Hub to see the cast list - although it might have entailed the whole two hours, since you can't fast forward through the ads!)

She has a fair body of work pretty much all Dutch but nothing I`ve personally watched.

i tried to watch this because i know Amsterdam but the wooden acting by Marc Warren made me change channels.

We tried, we really tried. But after sticking with episode one to the end we abandoned viewing (and hope) after about an hour. Not good television. Good actors, great setting but woeful pace and direction.
