as most of you know i am a moderator, i try and keep up to date with getting rid of Spam, but i can't be on here all day, so keep on reporting it, and hopefully other mods will dispense with it. I think there must be a way to filter out the Gummies, and Keto based ones, surely that is feasible.

in reply to another post, i was asked if i wanted to be a moderator, the remit was because like Boaty, i was up early and could deal with them, so i do it not for any kudos, but because i can.
