I buys a kettle okay I now find that when the kettle boils the outside would burn ya .Should I have realised this as it’s stainless steel and so I have not got a valid reason for returning it What do you think ?

Are people willingly missing the point of the OP? I'm sure that weecalf doesn't "need" to touch the body of a stainless steel kettle containing boiling water...but a hand or arm can accidentally touch it. (A non-metallic kettle doesn't feel nearly as hot - and I have one that is labelled " cool- touch"... it is dual-walled and came from Lidl).
