Are there any tell tale signs that you could be pregnant just 3 days after you've had sex? Or do you just have to wait patiently until you can take a pregnancy test?

cant you take pregnancy tests which are like four days early or summat, I never really understand how and when pregnancy tests work! If you don't want to be pregnant probably the best thing to do would be to go to the doctors, if you do want to be pregnant then I suppose it's just a matter of patience!
