The St Leger festival begins today at Town Moor though the tv cameras will not be there - the ITV coverage does not begin until tomorrow - so there's no ITV7.

Really couldn't make my mind up in the opener at Donny - Sound of Iona or Stone Of Destiny? In the end i have gone with recent form and sided with the former, but i have done the rev f/c - just in case.

Didn't do a Trixie, did a patent and e.w. treble instead. Two winners (Cotai Pearl @ 9/2 and Indian Dream @ 4/1) going on a 9/4 (took 11/4) fav (Royal Prospect) which could only place 4th. Good enough for the e.w treble and approx £26 returned. Not yet showing a profit on the day (need just the one winner in my L15 for that to happen) but if none of the rest oblige, losses would be negligible:-)

Absolutely superb to see Sammy Jo Bell back in the winner's enclosure. Won me quite a few quid when she was regularly riding for the Fahey stable.

Ha! Given that Round 4 of the Willy Hill Racing League takes place at Southwell tonight, i was hoping there'd be two ITV 7s. Unfortunately not - we only get one bite of the cherry:-(
Today's ITV7, consists of 4 races from Donny (1st leg 2.00), one race from Epsom and the first two races at Southwell.
I'll be sticking to this thread when i come to post my selections for the WH Racing League.
