Oh Webbo, that's sounds fab. I made a big hot chilli the other night but the majority of it was frozen down.

I couldn't eat last night and have had very little today. OH has promised to make me a "burger to remember" this evening. Briefly it's a Wagyu burger, Southern Fried Chicken, cheese, fried onions, skin-on fries on the side. I know I won't do it justice but it sounds very nice indeed.

That sounds good, my missus makes a mean chilli, its very popular in the hospital.

I have always thought chilli tastes somehow better when it's been frozen and reheated.

I love a dollop of Creme Fraiche on mine.

it does get hotter when frozen and reheated.
