I just got called one. There was a discussion on another site regarding MSG...a natural ingredient often referred to as a flavour enhancer. It foes occur naturally in certain foods whereas its also used as an addiyive.
Back in the day it was connected with something called "Chinese restaurant syndrome"...a list of sometimes vague physical symptoms. I had this happen to me a number of times...and mentioned it.
I've now been accused of *psychosomatic racism* amongst other names. Apparently the whole description is racist.

I, too, have an intolerance to MSG and cannot eat Chinese food.
Ignore them. Some people always have to find something to offend them.
