morning, Saturday and the weekend starts here, hasn't this week flown by.
I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one, have you anything planned for today?

I am meeting up with a friend for a coffee and a natter, which will be good. Other than that i guess i will turn on the tv and see more of the news or maybe if there is a film on will watch that.

I have been invited to the local church on Monday as they are showing the Queens funeral, but not sure if i am going as yet.

so pleased that Andrew was allowed to wear his uniform and Harry is today too.. hope they can on Monday..whilst I think they are a pair of plonkers and deserve all the criticism they get..it is an act of kindness and compassion to honour HM and it shows wisdom and leadership in making this judgement in my opinion

totally agree about the Kings permission to let them wear their uniforms, both have served their country and should honour her in uniform.

Morning minty. Yes, the pink lady is one of the more sweeter varieties. Yum! Many people eat an apple without removing the peel. There is little taste to be had in the peel. It can all too often serve as a barrier to the fleshy fruit underneath. I'm trying to convert emmie. She finds them too hard. Perhaps if she removed the skin and cut the apple into sizeable pieces, her whole experience (say with a pink lady) would be a more satisfying one.

nope couldn't eat one now, last time i had a salad at a pub and they put apple on the side, i gave it to my SIL.
