I think he was part of the queens household...nof sure that any of them were named individually.
Just posted same on another thread.
I’ve just come in here to ask that - not Paul the other one - he was with the Queen at the commonwealth celebration at St Paul’s a couple of years ago

Also there’s a rather handsome man in the procession in a green kilt
There are lots of handsome men in kilts ;)
I did notice that one of the RN sailors pulling the gun carriage had an incredibly long neck. At some camera angles it looked as if his neck and head was floating over the others.
I also spotted the very tall chap, no idea who he is
One called 'tall Paul' is 6' 4 but if you scroll down the pic. shown is not the man that I meant
Matthew Magee, 7 foot 2.

Thanks jno...I think ;)...I'll have a read later.
From jno’s link, I also thought about the choirboy with the lamp blocking out his face. Gutting!
Canasta, I think the man of whom you write is taller (by at least 4 inches) than Paul Whybrew aka Tall Paul of the 2012 Olympics spoof 007 video. I know not of his name, yet.
Jno posted his name Matthew Magee - he was Assistant Private Secretary to the late Queen.
Cloverjo, the choirboy's face was fine on Sky - just bad luck with BBC camera placement, I should think. Did the blue ribbon round his neck mean he was the lead boy or something? Nobody else seemed to have one.
Funny link Jno !
