I did this with some success during the power cuts in the 70s. I'm tempted to give it another go with a beef stew. Any of you tried it? Very cheap way of cooking

No but I have heard about the Wonderbag that is supposed to be good. Not sure I would try it.

That's like a duvet sewn into the shape of a cover. I would put an old duvet over the haybox
