I am a transport Manager for a small plant hire company i have 2 vans of less than 3500kg but each one is fitted with a towbar for pulling a trailer and each vehicle has a tachograph fitted. does the driver neeed a current CPC

I'm pretty sure you don't as presumably they are driving on C licences, not C1, but I would check to be sure. Phone DVSA on 0300 123 7721 (Mon - Fri 8-5).
