Making an invitation card.

I wish to produce some invitation cards, and cannot find a suitable template.

Would I be able to produce one in Word, by creating a text box, if so how do I make it the desired size?

Would I also be able to make one with a fancy border around it?

Please if you would, could you supply me with the necessary instructions?

The first one is just what I am looking for, but the second one appears to be a pay one, sorry I didn't stipulate it was a free site I was looking for.
