I’m in daily contact with my son , we’ve a lot of building bridges to be built but we’re getting there, my granddaughters brain has been removed for analysis as it may have been a epileptic fit that caused her death as all other tests have are inconclusive, my son and his partner are broken and just now all I can do is be there ,I sincerely hope no one thinks this is either precious or me,me,me
I would not wish this pain and anguish on anyone , again thanks for the support from you, it’s helped enormously

It looks as though some good may come of this tragic time for you all.
Dreadful time for everyone, Bobbi. How old was your granddaughter? Far too young, I know. It doesn't help having to delay the funeral but I hope you get to see your son soon.
Good luck with the reconciliation Bobbi, a small but hopefully comforting compensation for such a terrible event.

I don’t wish to start another thread so I’m here just to update you.
My granddaughters funeral is a week come Monday ( 10th) her body was released to the undertaker just yesterday for a burial service, an interim death certificate has been given as the actual cause of death might take months to establish , me and my son are in daily contact so out of tragedy ,there’s hope
Thanks to those of you who’ve taken the time to read and express your sympathy for what has happened, I won’t forget your kindness
Bobbie
