Have read an email from bt saying that hearing equipment ie flashing light upstairs and down and other may not work with new broadband

I've read similar elsewhere but I have also read that equipment has worked after the change over.
What equipment do you have and do you know the make and model?

No Barry don't know make. Have contacted RNID and they say they will help if necessary. Thanks for posting

There are got to be problems for lots of people with burglar alarms, those emergency pendant things that contact help but of course the providers have been aware for some years and hopefully there will be solutions for everyone.
