My cousin works in a small office - perhaps holding 5 women and their desks etc.

One girl continually vapes all day.

Is that legal?

Vaping isn't smoking, though. There is no smoke, it is vapour. Nor is anything lit

Correct barry,vaping oils can be nicotine free or have low levels of nicotine. The latter is why many have given up tobacco very much the same has nicotine patches,both products endorsed by NHS. The anti smokers are the ones that need to be educated regarding these products and the good they have done rather than just carrying on shouting from the rooftops.
